I hate love triangles. :[Anyway, I finished Mockingjay. HOLY SHIT. I have so many thoughts and feelings and emotions...but then, instead of a semi-intelligent review, I ended up drawing this.
I don't deserve to draw.
EDIT: SPOILERS IN THE COMMENTS. FOR SERIOUS.
Maybe I'll clean this up and color it later, idk

oh, God... You've read my mind. It was one of the few things that annoyed me in Hunger Games trilogy - the silly waiting for Katniss to chose. I felt like pulling them through the pages and shaking them while yelling "C'mon, grow some!"

The love triangle depressed me, because whoever sh got with,the other would be super sadded.
But them EVERYBODY flipped out, and went insane, and moved abart, and then Katniss had Peeta, and Gale was emo in Dist 2, and everything was good.
Did not.
Like ending.
Though I guess it was the only thing that could happen after everything.

I just got this series for Christmas and read them all in like three days. I can't say I hated the ending. I actually liked that her and Peeta stayed together, healed together and had a family. I definitely would've welcomed this alternative, though.
I wish I were artistic, so I could spew all these emotions I have about the ending into a silly and amazing drawing like this. <3
All I can say is... Finnick and Prim? Really? I mean, I understand that war will take anyone, but it's hard to be happy about Peenis (or Katpee, if you prefer) when I know that these people are gone.

Actually there is this good story where they do end up together. In a very, very realistic way. And yeah. I actually stablished that fic in my head as the true ending.
...Just saying.
This made me laugh so much. So much better than the "And everyone dies, Katniss marries Peeta but nobody's ever truly happy, the end." ending.
