I normally hate when people say what I'm about to say, but I think in this case it's a style choice. You can see from all the knowledge the artist possesses in other areas, and the way the anatomy is done, they're breaking the rules on purpose. I don't see any mistakes.
Additionally, this is kinda a rude thing to randomly say, and you need to learn to spell. You sure you're not bullshitting the artist's work because you're jealous and wanna feel better about yourself? I mean, if you drew your avatar, you're not really in any position to criticise this person's art ...
