Does this mean you're making a whole set of chess pieces, or that this one was inspired from a chess piece?
Lovely fluidity to the form, and the stone has a lovely translucency to it that fits well with the object.

Just this one - it became a bit pawn like as I worked, though do like the idea of perhaps making a whole set one day. If anyone would play with me! (I learnt boys don't like losing much - makes it far less enjoyable apparently
