Description
Urban legends tell of a ghostly Onryō that lives in the forest, nicknamed "Okaasan", after her seemingly motherly demenor. Okaasan will find and take in lost and wounded travellers into her small woodland hut, nursing them back to strength as if they were her own children. However, once they are well enough to leave, she flies into a murderous rage that her "child" would dare leave her, hunting and stalking them through the seemingly endless forest. Those who have managed to escape still claim to see glimpses of her in the corners of their eyes, and in the reflections of mirrors.
Some people say she is forever looking for the children that were taken from her.

"Okaasan" was a strange being that appeared in a dream I had, and I've wanted to draw her since- She's such an interesting design hhhh and I've needed both a long haired grudge-ish character, and a big ol sword whielding pyrimid head-ish character. She fits both those bills perfectly <3
