Very nice looking, but the powerhead is woefully undersized for the size of the teeth on that chain, especially with so little space between links and no rakers to clear it between teeth. Even a skip chain would help the situation, but in reality you would probably need a 200cc + powerhead to make this work.

I´m sure that this would totally apply in reality. But keeping in mind that these weapons are from a sci-fi universe that is dozens of millenia away in the future, I guess they might come up with more effective power sources than a 200cc + powerhead.

I sent them a mail and told them I that made their brand a thing in 40k. (in 2 pics - this and the STIHL marine). A few weeks later they replied and told me they were extremely happy to know that their name will still be known in the grim darkness of the 41st millenium. No joke, I can do a screenshot of their reply, but it´s in german.

Entstanden ist das in einem Gespräch/Rollenspiel-Thread in dem jemand eine neue Art 40kSchnaps erfunden hat und ich dann irgendwie meinte, dass die Krieger bestimmt auch tierisch am schlucken sind, um den ganzen Scheiß zu vergessen.
Und irgendwie ist da dann Kriegsbräu bei rausgekommen.
Zwar nur eine Fotomontage, aber ich denke mal, für so `ne Meme-Sache wird das schon in Ordnung gehen.

One reason for them was to make the chainweapons and the STIHL tools melt together and the other reason was that I thought it might be extremely usefull to have a second grip when needed for "extra hard jobs" like dreadought armour or something...
