the original panel rocked, but the colorist really put in that extra something that not lessens but makes more of your pencils...Vlad's eyes rule!!

Thanks again -- I think she and I are working very well together as a team. I try to anticipate things when I can (although she often surprises me!)... I knew it would look striking in the closeup if his light blue eyes were visible through the mask!

LOL, yeah, it's confusing -- but since this will be the first time Hack/Slash is monthly, the numbering will start at 1 again... the previous issues were all one-shots and a miniseries!

I remember the B&W version of this, now I see it coloured it reminds of the Do The Evolution video by Pearl Jam (the one McFarlane had co-directed?), I think because of the dark colors... anyway... it looks amazing!
