Description A very quick colored pencil drawing done in around an hour. It was really fun to do, and nice not to have to spend months on it like other things I've done in colored pencil. I did this awhile back in art class, and just recently found it and thought I'd share.

I used Prismacolor pencils along with a few Crayolas. This was done on a greyish-brown tinted paper.

It reminds me the time between summer and autumn, or even late autumn - smells like wind, rain and smoke from burning fallen leaves. I mean, it's great, evocative drawing. You are a marvellous artist.

Yeah, it is SO much easier when you use tinted paper. The white paper shows too much through colored pencil in my opinion.

And your apple turned out wonderfully .

Thanks . Yeah, I was able to do it so fast because it's a relatively small drawing. That, and the colors in an apple are pretty straightforward.
