it is. i like writing in it as well. i don't know why, but black just doesn't appeal to me in any good ways. blue seems much more happier and friendlier.

very nice! all those circles must have made your hand sore to draw tho i like it though - it seems spontaneous but still well thought out. the fact it is done with such commonplace tools makes it all the more impressive and interesting.

thank you. the circles didn't make my hand hurt as much as it made my eyes hurt from looking at them. it still has me a bit crazy to look at it.

don't you think ball points are the best things to draw with?

haha yes! all of my lecture notebooks are filled with sketches done in ballpoint. it's just so easy to work with.

AmericanLink: Why, oh why, did you draw it on lined paper? D:
In my opinion, I think that the fact that it's on notebook paper makes the drawing what it is. That's what I like about it, anyway...
I don't think it'd have quite the same feeling without the lines... thoughts on this, anyone?

Wow. Very impressive. You must have attracted the attention of those sitting nearby, especially when the drawing was nearing its completion...
The thing I love most about this is that it was a spontaneous drawing; some of my favorite drawings were spontaneous doodles.

when i'm depressed i tend to do more drawings than when i'm in my "normal" mood. that's why i called it cyclothymia, because that's what brought it on.
and i did attract at least my french prof's attention. he said something about it, but drawing so many bubbles sorta shut off the french side of my brain. lol.

This is absolutely beautiful. I love the detail and the amount of shading you put into this.
Now, I'm about to sound like Mr. Randolf...
