EDIT 2011 for a less OOC blurb <__<

"We don't need him anyway!" Switchback said angrily as she strode away in anger.
"Uh, but then what do we do?" Ckazz asked.
"Koh! You're supposed to be descended from theeee lightning Ay-things, right?"
"Yeahhhh, but that doesn't mean we know any"
"Well come on! Aren't these guys, like, crawling in rocks and trees and in the oceans and.... stuff? Come on that jerk CANNOT be the only one" she said, scowling at the forest in front of her.
"Uhhhhh not that I know of?"
"Do we even NEED one? Like, you have your healing rat, can't you fix this"
"I think entire dying forests is more than a rat and a lynx can handle" Ckazz said, lifting an eyebrow.
"Then fine," Switchback sneered.
"...... we should go back"
"NO. I don't need jerkfaces like him in my happy party of traveling happiness!"
"But then what are we sup--
"uhhhh, guys?" Koh interuppted. The two spun around to see the lynx staring face-to-face with a large, growling wolf.
"I do indeed think that this is our land" is snarled quietly.
"I hate wolves" Ckazz shuddered
"Oh whatever. We can take one wolf. We're two cats with a huge herbivore and a healing rat!".
No sooner had she uttered those words when no fewer than 25 more wolves emerged from the forest.
"No really.... I *HATE* wolves" Ckazz said.
"Still think we can take them?" Koh said sarcastically.
"Oh absolutely let's DO this!" Switchback roared and pounced. No sooner had she begun to entangle with her attackers when ROARRRRRRRRRRRR. god this is a terrible blurb thing.
A flash of blue came tearing out of the forest. Snarling, biting, scratching, kicking, streaks of green light shot from his paws, forming walls of water and ice. He tossed the wolves around like they were weighed nothing. After what seemed like no time at all, the noise ebbed and the flashes of green light faded, leaving a single creature standing among piles of injured and frozen wolves.
Obiq smiled smugly.
"Well aren't you lucky I came back for you?"
"NO! We didn't NEED you!"
"Of course you didn't. And here I was going to travel with you to try and solve your little sickness problems"
Switchback felt irritation and rage come off of her in seething waves.
"Why on Earth are YOU so special? I don't care if you're big or strong or really powerful or knowledgeable or amazing or ANYTHING. What makes you think we even WANT you here?"
Obiq tilted an eyebrow an smiled again.
"Because you just do"

"Woah. Um, we're surrounded by wolves" Kohyah pointed out in as he gazed upon the circle of growling canines that stood before him.
"Oh, really? I'm not sure I noticed," Switchback hissed in response.
"I hate wolves" Ckazz uttered as the creatures narrowed in on the three travelers.
"There look to be maaaaybe 25 of them? Think we can take 'em?" Koyhah asked, grinning up at the other two.
"NO." Ckazz and Switchback responded in unison. The wolves growled threateningly as the circle they created around the three became smaller and smaller. Then, suddenly, a large deafening roar came from the forest. A huge, blue streak came bounding up to the wolves. The wolves turned in surprise and attacked the new threat. The blue creature sank his teeth into his attackers, and then threw them at each other like they were play toys. He tossed several aside with his large, heavy tail, caught them in midair, and merrily hurled them into nearby trees. He bit, kicked, and whacked the creatures like he wasn't even trying. He looked at his remaining attackers, and then several white orbs of light formed around him. The orbs shot up into the air, and each landed upon a lunging wolf, throwing them to the ground and leaving nothing but a singed and unconscious body. The Aysse growled at the wolves that remained standing, and they ran off into the forest. Obiq turned to Switchback, Ckazz, and Kohyah, who all remained stunned at the event that just took place.
"So I thought that maybe you three would be better off if I went with you," Obiq said with a small grin.
"You're serious?" Switchback tilted her head.
"No, I just hadn't bullied my daily pack of wolves yet today," Obiq sneered in response.
"What? After that pathetic fit you put up back in your stupid cave? What makes you think we want a huge, magical, and ancient creature, brimming with unknown magical capabilities, and sporting the knowledge of the very universe with us? Maybe I don't want you on my team," she glared up into his green eyes. Obiq laughed grinned again.
"Yes. You do."

OHAI. I actually made a refsheet! I did! I started and mostly finished this during finals, as it was somehow... therapeutic? Obiq is the only one of my characters that I could stand during finals week because he's such an asshole aaand I kind of am too when I'm stressed..... so it fit >____> However, because I threw it together during finals week, it's kinda fugly. His arm muscles are going sdffiojnEVERYWHERE and the shading is so mahhhhh stupidshading. I'll figure you out yet! *shakes fist*

But other than that, here's Obiq! I stuck a Godsmack quote in it because his entire personality/life/etc. can be summed up by them. I try to pin a specific song to all my characters, like some kind of stupid soundtrack or... something.
