Seeings how my LAV-25 is most likely gonna be fully loaded, it would look odd without a figurine. the kit came with some figures but no proper commander figurine, so i made my own.the torso and legs are from the lav kit, head and arms are from the bits box and gas mask is sculpted from expoy.
Looking at the photo i see he needs some touch ups, and i could of done better on the mask but he does look pretty convincing from afar and hopefully will look good atop the tank.

the t34 is one of the coolest and most influentialΒ tanks of all time. not sure when i will do one(it is on my wishlist) i just want to make sure i have the skills to do it up proper. maybe sometime next year i will build one, but i have to round up alot of things for it. a T34 will end up costing me lots of $$ XD
the 34 and leo2 are by far the most requested tanks i do, i just want to make sure i do them justice.

thank you! yea its always hard to judge distance with these guys. i paint them to look good from X distance. most of the time they dont look this good close up

my boss said yesterday if he only knew that if would take a lot of time to build one of the tank models he would have said no to the deal,he had to cancel two wedding projects just for these tanks. i already told him that before its a pain to make one of them and they expect us to make ten ha ha ha.
we have been using scrap we could find in our store room bolts wires washer etc. i spent a whole day just for the gut mounted on top of the hatch of that paladin the whole thing is only 110, now im wishing that they could have made it 2m atleast i dont have to strain my eyes and cut my fingers everytime i try to carve a small piece ha ha ha.

well i started with a figurine, so he isn't all from scratch, and i made tons of other random stuff too....but all in all i think maybe 6 hours. the epoxy alone takes about 4 hours to dry.

Impressive. Did not know that epoxy was workable like that. I use epoxy to glue cars together.

yea i use Milliput Epoxy Putty, mashes up to a self hardening clay. gives you about 3 hours to sculpt and what not.cheap and effective.
made about 40+ cigaret packs and beer cans too. dont know how well they will look in-till i get them painted.

I need to remember that because I may be trying to make flares for a body kit on a car. I thought about using Sculpy but epoxy might work better. Does the epoxy smell bad?

nope, its pretty much odorless and no need to bake(this is handy)
one pack will go a long way too. can be found everywhere, but i get mine from amazon.
