Description
Here is the work on my death dozer after roughly a lazy afternoon and evening with it. I have kinda gotten outta practice about taking WIP photos while away from DA and seeing how i plan on giving this dozer some extra love(and time) thought it would be a good build to share some of that along the way.Basic plan of attack for this build: Post apocalyptic raider bulldozer. used in siege warfare out in the wasteland. got resin stowage, beer bottles and figurines coming for it. same colors(maybe changed up a bit) as the rest of my raider armor. as i have a shelf in my display growing with them, might as well go till that shelf is full. other than a few things here or there i am going in withoutΒ many plans or grandiose ideas(yet). just wantta have fun, make it look kool and see where the build brings me. because of the kits size(its freaking BIG,almost BIGGEST armor in my collection) crazy amount of detail, some aftermarket, this build will be pretty complex and time consuming. which will be a nice change of pace, since the last few have been short and sweet.
Paint and aftermarket will arrive for the kit sometime next week, but there is a ton to do,look at and fiddle with in the mean time. first thing outta the box i did was put to together the basics of the dozer blade, cause its freaking nutty cool. next I put toghter the basic hullΒ and figured out the interior.
that's where i sent the most time as the kit features a fully detailed interior section and i wanted to make it have the gimmick of opening up to reveal all the details and have a crazy scene inside. anyways the kit was really easy to figure out how to accomplish that(just time consuming ). i have spent the reminder of the time adding random armor plates, rails and bars for latter detail. boy will it have detail......
if all goes according to my plans(fingers crossed) sometime by next weekend ill be ready to prime and start really making this beast come to life.Still loads and loads in the box, to figure out, glue and get ready for paint. so i have my work cut out for me.
as always questions, comments and suggestions welcome.

Body seems to big, but I can't really make the joints any smaller
When I first had the idea it was shorter in my head,
Ive started moving some stuff around in LDD to see if I can make it work better
