Description
Canon Rebel XSNKodak Pro Image 100 Film.
Colors altered directly in darkroom.
Photoshop used for resizing, cleaning some scanner marks and balancing colors. I swear I hate Epson scanners.
Fujifilm Crystal Archive photo paper.
Scratches made directly by rubbing the negative against the floor.
The blue stain in the bottom left was a print error. A parter of mine put her photo over mine by mistake so that part didnt develop well, but I liked the result.
Every effect in here made by hand and in darkroom.
Scanned in an Epson CX3900

It doesn't make sense. But it does. And in that enigmatic way, it's brilliant.

This is a beautiful piece of work. Everything, to me, is as it should be: from the printing error to the scratches to the tones and the composition. It's all excellent stuff, and this is definitely an image to add into my Favourites.

Very nice. I like the blue part in the corner, even if it was a mistake.

I love the rich colors and the film edging really adds to it. I actually typed in I-69 into the search here and this popped up. Definitely reminds me of something you'd FIND off of I-69. You just made it look a lot more appealing. haha

that's beautiful... the warm orange and the turquoise blue give it a really nice look, along with the lighting. it's amazing that you did that in darkroom, no one seems to take the time to create art like that... photoshop is overused. damn that is real... it has a kind of depth and richness to it that the framing enhances. kinda like something beautiful that got cut out of the fabric of memory...rich, but a little rustic, a little whimsical. me gusta mucho
