I just changed a few simple things like limited his weird hair situation to only 4 protrusions , gave him blue eyes because i didn't wanna just do black nor give him green eyes, i turned his generic sonic like spines into a spine ponytail ,and put his drum sticks in his hair at the base of the ponytail too.I did leave out the spiked cuffs but only because I forgot to add them(I also didn't wanna draw back spines)
I just had a feeling to redraw him, because he a good boy but his design is messiest simple design I've ever seen
I'll probably fo it again with more changes this is more like a rough draft
also I didn't forget Sonia I just didn't do her yet
