Description
For the Competition: Draw the pre-evolution of Eevee! This is just for planning; I'll do a decent entry later.

Its name is 'Eon' (The suffix of all eeveelutions) mixed with Eevee.

Evolves into: Eevee
Cub Pokemon
Ability: Cute Charm (Infatuates on contact)
Born by breeding Eevees, one with a Lonely nature and the other with a Bold nature.
Evolves with level up, max happiness while holding Fluffy Tail.

This Pokemon was created unintentionally when a trainer left their two Eevees in the Day-Care, and the two Pokemon pined for them to come back.
Evon is a much coveted Pokemon because of its large, startlingly blue eyes, and its special skill in evolving other Pokemon. The pink fur on its body is extremely soft and exudes a strange aroma. This smell can cause a violent reaction in the body cells of basic Pokemon, causing them to evolve before their proper level. It is this that is often the cause of many trainers to have evolved Pokemon without having the proper training*.
It is often seen chasing its own tail, and it is said that when it finally achieves catching it, it will evolve into Eevee.

*Like Lance's level 50 Dragonite, or those level 10 Dragonairs you can find on Crystal if you know where to find them.
