...The instant I saw the reference image, I obsessed over it - I'd been fretting that I'd get some boring and gawky character to draw X3
A fun character to draw, though the lineart was so complicated for me it took two days to figure out DX

That is straight-up gorgeous. The monster design reminds me a bit of Atma from FFVI. While the monster's amazing, my favourite part is the background - particularly how the clouds don't seem to have settled on any particular axis of gravity. MOAR!

I love everything in this, from the anatomy to the coloring and the BG and the coloring of the BG and the anatomy of the coloring and ajsdfahduy
... OKAY, maybe coloring doesn't have an anatomy. BUT. This is still awesome <33 Gotta love how you drew the rocks and the creature's thin neck bones and ribcage, and also the green highlights x3

God he looksβ¦ WOW ._oβ More details than I could ever add and somewhat artistic style but god I love the design change (That tail! *__*) <3 I swear if Zerksis would ever become a berserk-monster he NEED to look biologic <3 You prove that monster appearance looks 1000 times better than any machine could ever do :βD I seriously seriously SERIOUSLY love this picture. Design, those green shine lines that look like veins here and especially that background! Detailed mountains! *A*
Besides I LOVE that mystical broken sky! <3 Pose is too epic and I adore every small detail here *A*
But the best part: The damn hairs. Yeha when it is not clear WHAT the artist wants make BOTH! THAT was an awesome way to solve the problem! xD

Well, it's more the design can be real boring, and then it's a challenge to make it look badass and amazing - but then, that's the fun part X3 Especially when it's something 'cute' and the owner would look at it and go, '...wtf.'
