I just wanted to see him again.... he never even said goodbye...This is Latias using Wish to see Latios once more, cos in the movie he used Memento to save the town from the tidal wave and therefore killed himself in the process.
My Latias (I customized all my good Pokemon) has a heart necklace that's blue, to remind her of her brother, and vice versa.

Mama Mia, that scene reminds me from the infamous Sonic '06 and Sonic Adventure 2 at both of the last scene.

The end of the movie made me cry, especially since Latios is my favorite Pokemon ever.
Although I was trying to think of the move Latios used, but Memento makes a LOT of sense.
(which is why I didn't teach it to my Latios, lowering the foe's stats a little is NOT worth fainting over)

I cried when Latios died...

So that's why I did Latios like this..... And Latias can use Wish as often as she wants

1) Both Latios were just 'spirits'
2) Other Latios and Latias
