I saw a photo of the model used in the 1953 film, and instead of Liverpool being the city painted on the stern, it was Southampton.

Anyway, nice coloring job. It makes it look as if the film was made much more recently.

Yep. I read the list while it was still up at Wikipedia. That would've been one more to add to the list.

Yep, but between QM1 and Titanic "2," you had Goliath. That model had a pretty productive life before becoming a living monument to motion picture history, which I'm glad to know it still is today. Now if I'm right, it looks as if they fixed the whole Southampton/Liverpool issue.
