Before electrification too. This will have been 1986 as she has the Scarborough Spa Express headboard on and Scarborough Council donated so much money towards the cost of resteaming Mallard. I have a copy of this photo at home somewhere. Am sure it was used on a postcard.
Superb loco just a pity she sits silently in the museum.
