The TARDIS is in a burning city of London. The Doctor is now grey with a black mane that looks like the 11th Doctor. Also his new companion Β is with him. The companion looks like Octavia but is also grey with green eyes, she has a Star cutiemark with a violen behind it. Floating around the TARDIS, Shooing Star and The Doctor are pulsating orange orbs. On the Top left is says DOCTOR WHOOVES

It's a hematopoietic effect of acute radiation poisoning, as platelets and red counts fall, bleeding may result. Also, it was the most minor way to show the onset of the poisoning without making Ditzy think there was anything wrong. It's just going to get worse, he is about to die, after all.
