REALLYREALLYREALLYREALLYREALLYREALLY overdue part of an art trade with . My excuse for it taking so long is college. Seriously, you'd think they thought I LIKED the amount of coursework I was being given. That Media project gave me no space to breathe. At all.Anyway, I'm really sorry it took me so long, Lyci!! Thanks for being extremely patient with me, you were more patient than my family and college friends! I was being constantly harrassed by them, with their "Have you done that lady-wolf picture yet? It's taking you bloody long enough!!".
So I finally got it done. Hm. I liked the sketch. But I don't like the colouring. Especially the grey. And after all that colouing, I realised her foot paws are too small. Damn.
So yeah, her character Lyci dipping in some water with a cocktail. It's the best I could think of!
Title is the name of a song by The Blackout. Bet you didn't know that.

Nahh, I'm a total perfectionist, so if i see even the slightest 'scratchy' bit of colouring I'll be like UMNO NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
But I'm actually really happy now that i've read that you think this is my best piece

I can't even tell you how many times it took to get the cocktail hand right. Actually yes I can, it took about 12 attempts to get the hand to look 'right' D:

Yep, coursework totatlly sucks, but this is awesome, and i'm sure the tradee thinks it was worth the wait.
What to say, what to say: Fur is awesome, the main body and the rainbow effect, but not so sure about the eye. Whole body; tail and ears, are so well done. I just love your style of art, i can't put my finger on it, but something about it just always impresses me.

Coursework is just there to be evil. And personally I think the quality of this isn't really good enough for something that almost took a year lol. Her piece is amazing and she only did it in a few days!

Well, about time I have time to do art again!! Since September 2008 until now, I hadn't fully coloured a picture with pencils, I'd just been doing stupid doodles and badly drawn Photoshop pictures. That's what college did to me.
Erm, my college year finishes at the end of June I think. Unless it's some time in July. However I'm dreading the end of this year. Why? Because I'll be moving on from AS-level courses to A2 courses. That's a hell of a lot harder. It's going to be disadtrous, definitely more stressful and time-consuming than what I'm doing now. I'm going to need a damn good reason to NOT want to fly-kick a fat kid in the head.

my last day of high school is next friday, and i graduate a week after that. i start college in mid-august, im going for Wildlife Conservation Enforcement --save the wolves XH-- and Criminal Justice

Of course we do, we have a week's break in October, a 2 week break for Christmas, a one week break in February, two weeks break for Easter, one week break in May, and a six week break for summer. Is it the same in America?

i didnt realise they werent so well known; most people in my year know of them, theyre often put on the speaker system in the sixthform room, its great
+ ahaha, i know the feeling, im often like "oh, yeah, let me just go print it off" and then it mysteriously takes me an hour to print it off.
and im totally not, really, its so good @__@ i wish i could draw in anthro, but my anatomy skills suck. i think i'll really practice that in the summer and get it down.
