Description whew. well this took up about half my day. I am quite proud of it to be honest....

anyway, this is a KV-2 Russian heavy tank sporting an M-10T 152mm cannon.

It had 2 loaders because the shells were pretty heavy.

the 152 would be MUCH larger then that, and the gun used a separate charge/shell type of ammo (like an artillery piece basically), which is why it took all day to reload.
(Shoot, open the breach, wait for the smoke to vent out, wipe the breach and barrel, load the shell, check it is seated correctly, load the powder charge, close the breach, prime the gun, aim, FIRE! repeat)

I figured somebody was gong to make a comment like this. pertaining to size of some gun or the turret.

Yes, I know A 152 would be larger, but this is about how big the gun is inside the carriage, and I was trying to go for concept not accuracy.

Another note on accuracy: The KV-2's gun required two loaders; the shells were freaking huge and weighed about 50kg (roughly 110 lbs; imagine loading a fourteen-year-old boyΒ into the breech of the gun).
