Enker was always my favorite-- I only had one Gameboy MegaMan game, and he was the coolest bad guy. Probably because he didn't have 'man' in his name.

that and the neat way he powered up from the damage you were inflicting on him - shoot him too much and you were in trouble when he sent a massive attack hurtling you way
