Bobbie is the youngest son of a pair of Iranian immigrants to the United Kingdom. He was young enough when they left that he doesn't remember it much at all. But from the stories of his sisters and his parents he is not terribly inclined to want to learn more. He has however developed quite the affinity for east asian cultures. Initially a product of being a turbo history nerd even as a small child. He is consistently frustrated that people think he is interested in the subject because he likes anime.
I mean, he DOES like anime. But not because of the history thing.
