Yeah she is. She is part of the series pf songs called the Kagerou Project and the singer for the series is IA. It really is a good series it even has been announced that it will be getting an anime series ^^

Do you have any tip of how to colour the skin? how do you make that skin tone colour?

Faber-castell colour pencils does have a colour for skin tone, just put that colour lightly on the shading area and for the darker part use light pink.
