Who is this from? I keep seeing her around, and she's very adorable, but I can't figure out what anime she's from. (Is it RIKKA? I don't know what "RIKKA" is, her name or the show or what.)
On the note of the drawing, this is freaking amazing! She looks, like all your works, 3D and awesome. Her clothes are detailed and textured, her eyes are beautiful and her expression is adorable and flawless. This is simply amazing, stunning job.

How she uses the pencil is very advanced. She has mastered the shapes needed to draw the character. Even the coloring. She can accurately color the drawing without any mess. Her level in drawing: Master.

It's not about the tools ( well it sort of is.. ) but it matters how much work you put into it c: and I'm pretty sure there prismacolor I'm pretty sure you'll find them at hobby lobby
