The one on the left is Hi Five Ghost in Mario Version and hes not another boo enemy, hes a counterpart of High Five Ghost from Regular ShowThe one on the right is Viral, a Custom Boss for SMA4:SMB3, His ability is to turn into two seprate sparks, ones slow and ones fast. the red podoboo is viral's minion to use it against mario whenever hes ready to fight.

The guy in the red shirt can used as a boss though, he can turn into two fireballs while going around in circles, then he can change back to his human form and then repeat what the first thing I said.

This takes 3 hits to defeat Viral, I mean. Hi Five can be used as items Mario can carry to defeat Viral.
My idea of the boss:
Turns into a Li'l Sparky-like fireball when Mario throws a Hi Five, or other projectiles. If not thrown, Viral will become a diagonal Podoboo and then backs into human form. (In all phases)
Trivia:
•In phases 2 and 3, he will walk faster, and in final phase, he will turn angry, and when throwing item, Viral dies.
•Viral can throw Hi Fives, and Mario can carry to defeat Hi Hive.
•This boss can't be stomped.
