I stopped on my way to a different location just because I saw this formation while I was driving. Sometimes, you wonder whether you need go to back with better light. For this one, I told to my friend "We better take it now, as we will be always asking ourselves whether we should be back".I converted it to black & white to showcase the textures of the rocks and the illumination pointing towards the top tree.

Absolutely super. What a location and what a shot - It works brilliantly with this simple flat light - just goes to show, with the right scene and composition light doesn't matter too much (although the B&W helps). Brilliant.
