Here's a little info for Siamese/Scottish fold mixes
As part Siamese, she would be long bodied and and have large ears (You got the ears perfect) Every other Siamese aspect is good
As part Scottish fold, she would have a slightly shorter muzzle and a slightly rounder face (You got those good, too) then the average Siamese.

Though a kitten will have a share of its parents DNA half for half, it does not mean the kitten will have half and half of its parents features. That all comes down to dominant and recessive genes, which i won't go into so that i don't sound like a nerd XD and because of these dominant and recessive genes you can even have a kitten who has features from its grandparents, even if the parents do not show these features.

Yeah, I always forget about what cats leave what DNA stuffs, even though I'm a crazy cat lady XD Heck, I even look up cat diseases and anatomy, but genes always confuse me. I do recall reading about the grandparent gene thing, but somehow it doesn't stick ._.
