WOW really cool. How did you get her hair so fine in photoshop with what tool? One little tip on the lighting bolts add some gray to them it will add more depth and make it pop a little more. Over all it is a great artwork.

I drew every strand of hair with a soft round brush with a 2000 fade, then used the eraser with 20 opacity to blend away the areas touching the scalp. Glad you like it and thanks for commenting.

She reminds me of Venus Bluegenes of 2000 AD comics, except that Venus has blue skin. An awesome work.
