Well than I'm sorry to say this but you will not find it.
This is a cuztomized Dokucraft, that my partner Clay [link] made.
Some of the cool blocks you say are texture changed ore blocks (Diamond, gold, iron, ...) so that we have more blocks to build cool stuff.

oh I see so many people who have texture packs that make the water look more realistic and has better shading and wind effects

Yep we use it to, but only when we want to do a realy cool sreenshot or we will be doing it when we start making videos of our map
