I really like how you've managed to involve progression in this piece!
It's awesome how you've phrased and portrayed what the person is thinking and feeling... and yes, it speaks by itself, if you get what I mean.
You could replace the full stop after "Later" with a colon... and then put the last line after that so:
Later: "AHHHHH!"
You could emphasise it through italics as well, but that's just a thought.
