Description
The base comes with .psd, .sai, and .png forms. Both .psd and .sai formats have fully colored bodies and irises which are paint bucket ready! The .png is just lineart. The pack also comes with a small set of instructions. The base is, unfortunately, not MS paint compatible.

I'm sorry, but you might not be using a proper program, or it might have downloaded incorrectly. Try again. I just downloaded it and it works fine for me, and I've had no other complaints from the others who have downloaded it, so I'm inclined to think it's a problem on your end. I'm not going to do a refund when it's not broken.

What program are you using to try and open the files? There is a png which should work in any program, but it doesn't have layers. But there are also photshop and paint tool sai files with pre-filled layers.
