What an incredible story--I'm quite envious of it! (And what a HUGE peony!!! Don't you love peonies? They're magnificent, joyous flowers!

I love them...but have only seen them in florist shops--never in real life, growing. One day, though!

they bloom here, and then when we go up north, we get to see a second round of them blooming again... because they are behind us in terms of season.

thanks. they do not make this film. they stopped in 2006. i still have 110 shots, some are from the last lot. very sad. it is my favorite film, and the sx-70 is my favorite camera.

i have a petition online to try to persuade fujifilm to pick up the manufacturing of integral films like time-zero, since polaroid desires to sell the licenses. you can sign here, if you want -> [link]

A wonderful picture, story, and title! You inherited a beautiful legacy!
I received some of my late Grandmother's Ginger Lilies last year. They look like they are doing well, but have yet to bloom. I'm not sure how old they are, at least 30 years old. Isn't it great that the plants and flowers they loved live on and give us the comfort of their love? Every day I see them I am heartened by them.

yes, it is quite special! i'm sure after a major tranplant, it can take them a year or two to bloom!

Oh, good. I was afraid I may have harmed them. The leaves look pretty and promising, so I'll just wait. . . It is worth the wait!
