I noticed that too! another very familiar and popular pairing is the Emotionless basterd seme x hyperactive cheerful uke pairing such as SasorixDeidara or SasukexNaruto from Naruto or where the roles are switched in DinoxHibari from KHR. all of which include 1 person is a blond ditz XD

Hmm...maybe. England suits his role perfectly, but the only problem is America.
His infinite energy is what keeps this pairing from fitting the criteria. He needs to lay off the soda and burgers, which would thereby reduce his caffeine and carbohydrate intake, both of which provide excess energy. If he could do that, this pairing would fit this pattern quite nicely.

hmm...I dunno. The personality criteria on those pairings is somewhat different from the others presented here.
For example, Damien is always portrayed as being a brooding , dark-minded individual and Pip is typically kind and sophisticated, if not kind of wimpy. And as for CraigxTweek, Craig's kind of stoic and reserved from society, and Tweek's clearly psychologically unstable and a walking, talking, breathing seizure just waiting to be set off.
You're on the right path, but with closer analysis of the characters, one would realize that the pairings both belong to a different kind of pattern. I may have to do another one to explain these kinds of pairings.

Just pay close attention to the character. Take note of their mannerisms, behavioral patterns, their interests, etc. and you'll come up with a basic idea of what kind of person they are.
