Description
An APC, Weapon Bay open, Scud Launcher on medium range lift
But no Ammo ! 
Last version of the Scud APC will have an SCUD loaded ^^

the wheels have about 20° rotation freedom (each)
That means it can drive curves, same movability as any 4-wheeled vehicle (just a bit larger .p) ^^
The whole thing can move inside the cover, hydraulics and a "rail" system inside... , the 2 front most rings are retractable and dont carry any weight (the missile actually fits completely inside, once i model it that is
This basicly means, its an Armored Vehicle with a 1shot Missile-Launch Ability, after the launch its still a heavy amored vehicle with lotsa guns
Its my take on apc that can carry people OR heavy weaponry (not only a scud, but maybe also artillery..

how do the bars retract below the missile thingy...are they hydraulic? and..how does it steer?
