Hi Chris,

Okay so I found the uninstaller.., a note of it's whereabouts would have been useful. Anyone else trying to find it..., you have to re-run the install 'exe' file and select undo changes.

Now the the bad bit.., the uninstaller does not do a thorough job! Half my icons returned to Windows 7 default, the other half were still blue custom icons.., NOT GOOD!!!!

A system restart did not solve this issue, neither did restoring my computer to the day before install. I also rebuilt the 'iconcache.db' which also had no effect! I have had to manually select the properties of every unchanged file and reset the icon back to it's default icon. User's wishing to try this theme should air on the side of caution, it may screw your machine up too!

However, negative comments asside, I do commend you for your efforts with making an installer but I would recommend working on your uninstaller so it works correctly.

yes, i included a caution on the READ me file..


about the uninstaller, i've tried it to around 5 computers and have not found any problems at all. If you have any problems with that, try zooming in and out the icons (large icons to small icons). That way, the icon cache on your computer will be refreshed. a few reboot (in some computer) will also do the job. You can also use CCLEANER

backups are all located here
C:\windows\resources\themes\Mac7\Icons\backup

before even installing the theme, it should had created a backup and UNINSTALLER just restore the backup as it should be because its a command..

Hi Chris, this theme looks really great on Windows 7!

I have one quick question.., how do I uninstall your theme and revert back to Windows 7 icons?
I have tried by changing to a different custom theme but your icons remain unchanged!

Ayos pre! kayalang kanino at anong based vs mo pre? mas maganda kung ilalagay mo sa credits ung based vs mo at yung gumawa ng vs mo kung saan mo binase ito. Madaming magrereklamo kung wala kang nakalagay na credits sa description mo.
