Well, I finally have a camera that can capture what I see, in the way I want to capture it. If that makes sense.
I was experimenting with the light settings, trying to get the houses photo'ed in the way I was seeing it. This was the closest.

I went through the pics again last night trying to choose the best ones to post. It was difficult. I still havent decided although I could go and post all the dog pics, lol. They are all pretty cute but not necessarily "artistic".

Pooches aren't "required" to be art! They have an inherent cuteness that makes them totally okay anywhere. lol
