Description Technically this picture is an utter failure (I should have gotten out my big camera and shot a RAW) but I love the backlit effect on the flowers and I like to share today's mood with you, in the original spirit with which I started this account.

Even if it's a technical 'failure', it looks good. The blur on the flowers actually turns out quite nice.

Thank you, yes it was wonderful. Everybody was really glad to be outside and it was a great day to take pictures too.

We had a glorious Saint Patrick's Day, warm and sunny
I like it, it captures the spring mood, what it's all about really... and the flowers look pretty too!

Thank you! It was the first genuine sunny day in ages here, and you could see people enjoying every minute of it, grabbing any excuse to stay outside.

I think it's the ΚρόÎșÎżÏ‚ but I'm not very good with plants. It's was covering all the grass in that street, they're flowering right now. I'm glad you like it!
