Well, here we go again...This is the second updated version of Plucksir (The evolution of Pinsir), the reason why i have change Plucksir's design is because i think the design of Plucksir wasn't good. Not only that, there was also one minor complaint by someone that the design of Plucksir looks too much like a regional variant and so that's why i have to change Plucksir's design again in order to make him look different compare to the last two designs of Plucksir.
