This is the unused Paper Stingby sprite from Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam that was never used in the final version of the game, Paper Jam was originally going to have a paper version of the Stingby enemy from recent Mario games. But for some reason, it was later scrapped for unknown reasons. There was sprite data exists for the unused Paper Stingby sprite in the game's files such as its textures and a unfinished animation as well, it was first discovered by snawfuls from tumblr back in 2019.Super Mario series © Nintendo Co., Ltd.
