Don't listen to this ElectricShock moron. At no point in ANY of Lovecraft's stories does Lovecraft state that Cthulhu or any of the old gods can "warp reality." Even Azathoth is never described that way.
If Cthulhu could warp reality as much as he pleases, then he wouldn't be sleeping at the bottom of the sea in the first place, he'd have rearranged the stars so that he'd never have to go to sleep.

Sigh, oh my god you are ignorant. If you're going to pretend to be an expert, then at least READ some of Lovecraft's stories. Lovecraft NEVER said that Azathoth was sleeping. He describes Azathoth as writhing and undulating to unearthly music, but never says anything about sleeping.
You're confusing Azathoth for Mana-Yood-Sushai, a god from a fantasy book which Lovecraft was inspired by. Mana-Yood-Sushai created the universe and went to sleep, and when he wakes up, all of the gods and worlds and stars will disappear.

Yeah, it's a shame such videos as that exist. So many people across the internet claim this or that about Cthulhu, and yet I'm willing to bet most of these people have never read a story by Lovecraft, and might not even care about literature, which is what Lovecraft wrote, literature. Even Lovecraft doesn't make a big deal about Cthulhu outside of The Call of Cthulhu, because Lovecraft wasn't writing about monsters' power levels, he was writing horror stories.
