Description
I have held off posting this piece for a good year because I only had it on my boards when my buddy Rod's far better very cool Vector offering by Jhomar Soriano aka
hit the nail on the head when he finished this bad-ass render up here... [link]
So I shelved my work for a long time
Actually, from the very beginning of my creation of I-Force, my benchmark for his megahuman strength has always been that he had to be able to lift a big-ass ship out of the water!
It's not easy for I-Force to do, he has to build power up for it by channeling nearly 100% of his energies into bolstering his musculature while leaving enough juice for flying. So, he may well get an I-Hernia, but given time he can get the job done!

Thanks Rod! I like your original boat-lift better (awesome helicopters!!!!) but I just had to get this one off my drawing board so I could move on. Great minds and all that. Hope I gave your piece an appropriate amount of love, buddy!

Powerful! It might be cool to see you draw him powering up too.

Holy crap that is awesome! If I may say he actually looks more musclier than in other pics, is there a reason for that?

Yeah, it's in the description. The more strength I-Force needs, the beefier his body will get, conceivably to even Hulk-like proportions. Or more?

Ah right. If I may ask then, exactly how beefy (or strong) can he possibly get?

I-Force has never tested his upper limits to their max under pressure (saving that for an issue of ANGEL Corps), but after taking time to power up, he has lifted that water-logged cruise ship at 225,000 tons. That may seem like ridiculous strength but Supes does it all the time with just his default strength and whistles a happy tune doing it! Sheeesh! Meanhwile Hulk is lifting mountains over in Secret Wars at millions of tons!

Ah, heck. I'm almost afraid to see his upper limits lol.
And I keep forgetting Superman is absurdly strong, I keep thinking he can lift 100 tons but more if he uses telekinetic abilities (goes to show what I know ), not hurl multi-thousand tons a lot.
And as for Hulk... Yeah does he ever do something of that incredibility again? If I may ask, what kind of anger state was he in when he did that? IIRC his relaxed (for a very loose definition of relaxed) state lets him lift 100 tons.

Hulk? Dunno. Presumably angrier than he ever was before? (Stupid mountain!) I-Force's default strength can range from olympic level to an instant jump to 100 tons. More than that would require a willful, conscious powering up that would eat into or limit his other powers.

Ah right. Well I'm very interested in seeing his upper limit sometime
