Description Playing with monster/kaiju body types a bit, also spikes and armor and the like. I have down that his identifying feature is that horned bone helmet, though there's room to play with what exactly it looks like.
I'm still kind of learning this sort of drawing, hopefully practice will help fix things some.

1 is a kind of raptor or maybe US Godzilla sort of build, on the one hand it looks agile and is in fashion to a degree, but it limits how much the arms can be used. The tail club mess is used rather easily.

2 is more directly based off a Tyrannosaurus Rex, and I'd say this experiment fails. Maybe it'd be an ok way to go for a one-time enemy, but not any starring monster. Very much plays up the "kill you with its face" angle, but loses most other potential weapons.

3 is a posture I've seen called 'retrosaur' but was more with the original Godzilla in mind. This was how I'd imagined the lead monster until everyone preferred the US Godzilla build the last time I played with body types. I have work to do to make this work.

4 is where I tried to split the difference a bit, make a creature that walks mostly upright but can assume the horizontal dinosaur posture for higher speed traveling or rushing foes. I went light with the scales and such here and I goofed the proportions worst here I think, so it really doesn't look very good.

Number 3 is definately something for me. It just screams "Kaiju" to me.

Seems like you went for the leaner look back here; [link] - did I misread or maybe it's that the classic kaiju look's done slightly better here?

Well, I don't mind leaner, but I prefer the classic kaiju look, especially nowadays.
