This is pretty good, but I personally think Celestia looks better in a longer, flowyer train, instead of the compact one here. I liked how you stuck to one theme, the regal and royal peacock. But maybe a phoenix matches a little more. I don't like how the crown is...so...Tall. Besides that, it's the best Celestia in the competition.

The colors don't fit the characters and the clothing are just bad looking, instead of something pleasing to the eye form wise it's all weird looking.

I can't really see how they don't fit her when:
1. They're part of her colour scheme.
2. They're accepted to be colours that resemble calmness.
As for the others, ohoho, trust me, babe, even a blind man can see why I'll disagree.

(Sorry, for joining this conversation like that, just wanting to say something Dx) Just because the colors are part of the colour scheme doesn't mean they'll match together. The combination of the yellow, dark blue, green and red (in the peacock feathers) doesn't really match together as a whole, if you know what I mean

First, babe, I said that the colours I gave the dress suit the character because they're part of her colour scheme. I said nothing about going well together, neither did doll face over there.
I made some of the peacock feather's eye red(and notice that everything else is either blue or yellow) because most peacock feather vectors have red as a main colour.
Wait? Yellow, green and blue don't go well together?
Well, right now you're saying that gray-black-white and/or pink-red-white aren't good combinations.
Why? Because green is MADE from yellow and blue.
Actually, that says that the one who made it has more imagination.
And besides, the crown and hoofwear pretty much sum up the whole backpart, which, if you had noticed has some light blue in it/the feathers.
And also, Applejack's wedding and gala dresses' back and front parts have little in common too, also Rarity's(Gala), Pinkie's(Gala), even RD's(Gala).

And even if you use a little bit of red, it's still there. It doesn't match any of the other colors. And I think in this case the tints of yellow, blue and green you used don't match together. Just because green is made of yellow and blue doesn't mean it will match, it all depends on what teints you use.
I don't think the hoofwear and the crown match de backpart. Both the crown and hoofwear have yellow and light blue, while the feathers on the backpart are green.
About Applejack's dress; Her front part and back part have things in common as in the use of the colors green and brown, also the returning apple pattern.
About Rarity's dress; The colors used in the frontpart actually do come back in other parts of the dress.
About Pinkie's dress; Both the light blue and white come back in the backpart of the dress, also like the pink ribbon on the front.
About Rainbow Dash's dress; The Grape necklace she wears matches the purple streak of hair, but also the roman theme with the golden Laurel wreath and sandals.
All their dresses have a few basic colors that come back and match eachother, so their front and backparts match

If you don't care about things like matching colors or a good outfit, you shouldn't be designing anything. Anyways, they probably wanted it because you draw Celestia pretty much exactly like how she's drawn in the show

I have my own way of drawing ponies, if you had really went trough my gallery you would have seen it, also, anime can be original, when you make your OWN completely original character, I've seen many works that are original and are anime-based. I also write poems, so there.

Non-complementary colours can also be pleasing, you do you think many people love blue and say that green is pleasing to the eye?
I suggest that you stop your little lame insulting comments that if you think'll crush my spirits, they won't.

Overuse of "
I'm obviously bothering you a little if you have to go and yammer on about yourself to prove to me that you're ~*~original~*~. Also it doesn't matter whether your character is original, anime/manga based artwork style is so ridiculously common every single character looks related, which in the end does not look original at all.
As for your 'not even half vector' point, I meant a majority of your pony related artwork, not the clothes they're wearing. It's clear you did the clothes, they're very poor quality compared to the pony, and the pony itself isn't very good, because it's a highly stylized drawing of a techni-colored horse. But of course, I'll just be called a pony/brony/whatever hater for saying that.
Let me ask you, can you draw decent, smooth edged realism? Can you free handedly draw something decent that, in itself, is it's own unique style? Whether the character be boring and have normal skin, hair and eyes, unlike an anime character, can you still make it decent and have people think, "Oh, that's ErikaDaniel98's artwork, I know them." I don't think so. Perhaps they will know it's yours, but it won't be for your originality, it will be for you feeding your favored fandoms, aka Ponies and Anime, and nothing else. Are you even remotely fond of anything that isn't ridiculous and cartoony? Do you like horror, reality, or anything similar? You seem stuck on gigantic, shiny eyes, unnaturally colored hair, tiny noses and in general a very half-assed, badly done image that can't even be qualified as a replication of a professionals work?
Your art doesn't stand out in my mind in a good way. Instead of seeing your art and thinking, "Oh, I know them, they did this, this and this, and they stand out in my memory because of it," you stand out in my mind as, "That person who draws nothing but ponies and anime and isn't even good at it."
As for my not commenting on the other two dresses, why should I? I've made it clear already I don't like them and we're talking on this specific piece, unless you forgot already, which would be very sad and ADHDish indeed. There's no need in starting three other conversations that will all boil down to the same exact thing in the end. It's pointless.
