Here is the second Superman sheet I said I was going to post a while back.This is a an idea for changing Supermans costume, but keeping it true to Superman.

i love this. I hope they do a really great redesign for next summer's "Man of Steel" because i like superman, but they need to modernize his look. Great job

you know what, aside from changing his s to the black and red, i have been against changing his costume... but i must admit, this is better then the new one coming in september, and prob the best ive seen. great job man. you did stay true to superman.

if you're gonna add that inline to his trousers/leggings/whatevers, why not add that line above his arms? like stretching from the shoulders to the back of the wrists. just a suggestion tho. fab work as always.

I like your idea of the new suit.. it keeps the classic.. but changes it to be more... modern? anyway its really good.. and it still looks just like the man of steel...

It's good to see you kept the same basic design motif, while at the same time modernizing it. Unlike many modernizations, where they forget that Superman isn't dark, this still feels like Superman.
I realize you posted this quite some time ago, but I had to put in my 2 cents worth.

I really like this design. It's got more depth than the original costume without straying too far from what makes Superman, well, Superman.

out of your recent work, I think I like this one the best, it is very remenscent of mignoloas' work, in terms of inking. But really man, you have been fighting a loosing battle with the stiffness of your figures. Whats funny is that Ive been having trouble with this very thing. You and I both know anatomy very well, and for myself, I think a lot of times that is my crutch. I will start drawing the detailed human figure from the get go and before I know it he is perfectly stiff. Try drawing a gesture before you get into the complexities, or I dont think you will achieve the fluidity that you want for you pieces.

I like the new coloring design there. Vaguely reminiscent of the "Eradicator" from Death of Superman, only better. Your coloring is fantastic as always.
