That's the 'Eye on Malaysia'...but I think it's stupid, a waste of people's money coz it has no real purpose and it's a copycat of the 'London Eye'.

Frankly, I think it perfect the way it is! The expanse of sky is so great that it gives the perfect impression of the "city" being very far off in the distance.
