So, I'm redoing Tutorials Section 3, Parts 1-2.

I went and re-watched the tutorials to make sure they were done correctly and realized that they weren't. According to the tutorial I could put different bits of the art into different layers that could easily be recolored as needed. If I had paid attention before, my other coloring project would have been much faster. So this time I have gone through and layer the whole thing. Every different color is a different layer with different items for that specific layer. The next picture I do will be the correct colors for Destiny, which will be easier to change out with the layers having been done.

Although doing the previous base colors was incorrect, I did learn other methods of coloring and was able to experiment more and learn things that helped me understand the tutorial better. So although it took much longer than I wanted, I did learn from it, so it wasn't a complete waste of time.

I am going to re-watch the tutorials again to make sure I didn't miss anything before I move on.
