How long does it take to put these poses together, especially the foot with flip flop?

If you're experienced like me, maybe 3-5 minutes, if you're new, it could take 10-12 minutes. All depends on your ability to translate your vision to paper, or in this case, 3D space.
There are shortcuts one can take. You can save and reuse old poses, or parts of old poses, load them up and it will get it on the relative position you want. It speeds the process up.
Also, there are lots of vendors out there that sell ready-made poses that you can just load. I never use them since I make my own pose sets, but it's the same idea.
