I really like the composition of this one. I like that her suit actually covers up most of her body. The color scheme works out well in keeping with the typical costume while adding in your own flair as well. It's good to see wrinkles in it because it looks more real. Her gloves are a nice touch because they give the impression of actually working instead of being dainty. The red leather is an interesting choice. For some reason, it makes me think of Red Skull.
The one complaint I have about the picture is one that I have about most comic-book type drawings for women. The way her spine is drawn, it would be very uncomfortable for a person to stand that way. The curve going from her glutes up to her shoulders is too extreme. It looks great in the pictures but as soon as I start thinking about actual bones in there, I cringe.
I do like the caution tape stripe on the buckle on her hip. It amuses me.

Hmm. I think any Captain America who takes that much time to put her makeup on isn't serious about the job.
