Reminds of a TG manga I read ages ago, that involved a female fox spirit that granted a loser kid his wish for more confidence, but in a twisted way. It would possess his body, turning him into a female superheroine (which did give him lots of confidence!). It was a really ecchi manga, I just wish I could remember the name.
